Growth OS
I built the first working version of Growth OS with Hexa Intelligence’s product manager, working back and forth on ideas and workflows. It helps marketing agencies produce articles and social posts for their clients.

Articles and social posts, ready to edit
Give Growth OS a brief and it researches the topic and writes an article in the client’s voice, ready for an editor to review in minutes. The social studio turns articles, links or ideas into posts and carousels in the client’s visual style.
$0.73 → $0.09 in AI cost per article
I optimized the AI harness—the workflow around the models—and the context they receive, so cheaper models could write as well as more expensive ones. The same AI budget now covers roughly eight times as many articles, with no drop in human-rated quality.
A client profile from a few links
Paste links to a client’s articles, and Growth OS drafts their voice, writing rules, topics and colours. The team reviews the profile; it guides every article and social post.
From brief to editorial review
Editors can edit the draft directly or ask the article assistant for changes, approving them before they’re applied.
Now sold to agencies and marketing teams
Hexa’s product manager now leads Growth OS with his own team. I continue to work with them: corrections identified by the Content Accuracy Monitor are written in Growth OS.
Social posts in the client’s style
Growth OS turns an article, link or idea into posts and carousels, with captions in the client’s voice and images in their colours and style.
Editors can then direct changes to individual slides: “Give the image more room, but keep the headline and brand colours.” Growth OS revises that slide without touching the rest of the carousel.
